Fifth Round New Schedule

Hope everyone enjoyed their holidays!!
Now its time to focus on 2018 and crushing our goals..
Here is out new 2018 schedule (its goes into effect Jan 2, 2018) and information regarding the gear required for each class level..

Here are the notable changes:
– Monday 630-715am and Wed 630-715am classes are now open to All Levels (Trial, Beginner, Intermediate , Advanced)

-Monday Fitness 530-615pm now open to All Levels (Trial, Beginner, Intermediate , Advanced)

-Tuesday and Thursday 11-1230 is now BOXING and open to All Levels (Trial, Beginner, Intermediate , Advanced)

-NEW CLASS Wednesday 530-615pm is now ALL AGES SPARRING, adult, jr and kids all spar at the same time

-Wednesday 8-845pm is now Muay Thai Clinching.. This class will include clinch training, technique and sparring (intermediate and advanced level)

-Friday Community Pads is now Open to JR Students and Adults (Beginner, Intermediate , Advanced)

-NEW CLASS Saturdays 10-1130 Community Pads.. This will be the same as our Friday Community Pads.. Students will hit pads with Kru Joe and Senior Students… This class is Open to JR and Adult Students (Beginner, Intermediate , Advanced)

-ALL 11am Classes will now start with 15mins skipping and 15min conditioning so be on time…
