FIFTH ROUNDS NEW SCHEDULE/NEW FACILITY:
We are very excited to release our new schedule for our new facility. The new schedule will go into effect Monday June 3, 2019 for our first day of classes at the new location. We have added new programs, revised class times and a lot more to give our students the best and most dynamic schedules. Please review the schedule change descriptions below:
1: New Program: MMA
We have listened to our students and have added MMA to our schedule. With the addition of MMA we have added a 16’ MMA Cage Wall to our new facility. This will allow our students to train against the cage to give them the realistic MMA training and to learn to work off the cage. To begin, we will have 2 classes for MMA per week with the possibility for more depending on the response from our students. These classes will focus on the basics of MMA, MMA stance, MMa striking, ground work, wrestling and cage work. This class will be open to all Adult members with minimum 3 months Muay thai experience.
**Required Gear: MMA Gloves, Mouth Guard, Shin Guards, Elbow Pads and MMA or Muay Thai shorts**
2: Kids Muay Thai: New age Groups
With the growth of our Kids Muay Thai program we have decided that to provide our Kids Students with the best training and development we have split our kids program into 2 ages groups 3-5yrs and 6-9yrs. We believe that the age gap was getting to large within the program and by splitting it up into 2 classes it will provide a better training environment for both age groups, reducing down time and allow us to get the most amount of training in during the class! Classes will still be Tuesday, Thursday and a combined age class Saturday just with different start times. We will also be looking to add another combined class during the week in the near future. Students who show enough maturity and skill can be upgraded to train in the next age group
Classes will now be 30min classes, we ask that you child comes dressed, on time, with their prajiad on so we can begin class right at starting time with no delays.
Kids Muay Thai Ages 3-5yrs Tuesday & Thursday 530-6:00pm
Kids Muay Thai Ages 6-9yrs Tuesday & Thursday 6-630pm
Kids Muay Thai ALL AGES 3-9yrs Saturday 10-1030am
*We can make some exceptions to families with multiple children in the program to help your schedule, please contact Kru Joe ASAP*
3: Additional Weight Training classes:
We have added a second weight training class to the schedule and have switched the days to Tuesday and Thursdays 845-915pm. This will allow us more time to focus on consistent weight training and the option to work 2 circuits per week. These classes are Open to all Adults (trial, beginner, intermediate, advanced members)

4: Comp team training:
The comp team classes are all the same times but we have changed the structure of the comp team program. Full Class of sparring will only be on Fridays class, Wed and Saturday will have a mix of training, conditioning and some sparring. As our MMA program grows we will allow students to MMA Spar on Fridays as well.
5: Class times:
With the addition of classes/programs we have changed almost every class time. Please make sure to review the schedule and check class times before coming to Fifth Round. With the additional classes we have reduced all Adult classes to 45min classes.

6: FUTURE CLASS ADDITIONS:
We will use this schedule as a trial run for the month of June and make adjustments where needed. We have already have plans to add in another Mixed Aged Kids Muay Thai Class during the week, Additional MMA Classes if the program grows, an Open Gym time slot and Once a month tutorials (ie hand wrapping, equipment selections, goals setting etc)
