New Winter Schedule
FIFTH ROUND WINTER SCHEDULE:
The winter schedule will go into effect Monday January 7.
New changes for the schedule:
-Intermediate Boxing 7-8pm Wednesdays:
Many of our Boxing members are ready to get more advanced with their boxing training so we have added an Intermediate Boxing Class that will take our training to the next level working on more advanced drills, pad work, footwork and training methods. Talk to Kru Joe if you think you are ready to move into the Boxing Intermediate Class.
-Weight Training 8-830pm Wednesday
We are bringing back our Strength Program for the New Year. Most people don’t know how to incorporate proper weight training for combat sports, we take the guess work out with this program.. Working on Sport Specific Weight training for Combat Sports we will work different lifts, training methods to get you STRONG. This program is for any member who wants to improve their strength.
Fight Team Training
We have taken away Sparring classes and added Fight team Training. This class will now be more than just sparring. We plan to take our 2019 Fight Team to new levels. This class will be fight camp in every class, working cardio, technique, pad work, sparring, clinching, running, strength and conditioning, inner club team training and much more. Are you up to the Challenge??? Please Speak to Kru Joe if you plan on competing this year.. All ages and All Programs (Boxing, Muay Thai and MMA)
Kids Muay Thai
With the growth of our Kids Muay Thai program, we have added another class on Saturdays. With the additional class we now have 3 Kids Muay Thai Classes per week, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO COME TO ALL 3 CLASSES.. We do not require this, we have added this class to give students some more class time to train..
The last week of the month will be Freestyle Pads in every Boxing and Muay Thai Class.
