August 3-5 Closed:Civic Holiday Weekend (Reopen Tues Aug 6)

August 28-Sept 2 Closed: Summer Shutdown/Labour day (Reopen Tues Sept 3)

We have also booked an unreal Muay Thai Seminar Saturday Oct 26 @ Fifth Round featuring one of the BEST Muay Thai fighters who has done the sport. Registration will be up shortly. DO NOT MISS this opportunity to train with a legend!!!
