Summer Shutdown Aug 30-Sept 4 and New Fall Schedule

Hello Team,

Reminder the gym will be closed Wed Aug 30-Mon Sept 4

We will reopen Tuesday Sept 5 with our new fall schedule Click here for FR Schedule

 

Changes include:

-Muay Thai Basics moved to Mon and Wed 615-7pm

-Thai Conditioning moved to Wed 7-8pm

-Boxing Tues & Thurs 8-845pm

-New Kids Muay Thai Program broken up into two age groups (Kids Muay Thai 3-9years & Junior Muay thai 10-13year)

-due to lack of attendance we have removed Womens Only Muay Thai from the schedule, please attend our coed classes

-Kids and Junior Sparring moved to Wed 530-615pm

-Combined kids, junior and adult sparring Saturday 11:45-1:15
